LY Series Multipurpose Ice-Cream Machine
The LY series multipurpose ice cream machine is designed to produce novel, high quality ice cream that meets numerous specifications. The system is suitable for making ice cream and ice pop bars of various flavors and textures. 
The entire system consists of a LY ice cream bar machine and a BZL3 250 packing machine. This arrangement allows for convenience in operation, especially when one needs to rapidly change flavors. By using different apparatusses for grounding paste and sucking paste, one can manufacture ice cream of various color, taste, and texture. It's even possible to produce ice cream sandwiches as well as automatically coat ice cream bars with chocolate.

A closer look at the different parts of the system
The No.1 paste grounding apparatus is suitable for grounding crude materials containing low levels of milk lipids.
The Paste Sucking Apparatus is used to suck out the core paste from solidified but not frozen cream. This allows one to add a mixture or fluid to the core of the bar to produce ice cream sandwiches.
The No.2 Paste grounding apparatus is suitable for grounding condensed and expanded crude materials containing high levels of milk lipids 
The Automatic stick inserting device for inserting popsicle/ice cream sticks. Suitable for sticks with the following dimensions: 
113mm (Length) x 10mm (Width) x 2mm (Thickness)
The Demolder and Die Remover automatically removes the ice cream and popsicles from their molds. It is recommended to carefully watch the demolding temperature, the melting termperature, and the production time in order to produce a product with a smooth surface.
The Chocolate Coater automatically coats each ice cream bar with a layer of chocolate. A subsidiary device to regulate the temperature of the chocolate container is needed to ensure that the apparatus works properly and maintains a stable quality of product.
