 The LY series multipurpose ice cream machine is designed to produce novel, high quality ice cream that meets numerous specifications. The system is suitable for making ice cream and ice pop bars of various flavors and textures.
The entire system consists of a LY ice cream bar machine and a BZL3 250 packing machine. This arrangement allows for convenience in operation, especially when one needs to rapidly change flavors. By using different apparatusses for grounding paste and sucking paste, one can manufacture ice cream of various color, taste, and texture. It's even possible to produce ice cream sandwiches as well as automatically coat ice cream bars with chocolate. |

All Polly Ann ice cream and ice pop molds are made of stainless steel.
Each mold comes in variable thicknesses of 0.5mm, 0.6mm, and 0.7mm. If a different thickness is required, Pollyann can manufacture the mold to meet each customer's needs.
Each mold can be ordered for Manual Production or Automated Production.
